• NO warranty with ANY vehicle

• Test drive the vehicle first 

• If there is a check engine light on we will check to see what it is

• ​Will change a dead battery ​ONLY at the time of the sale

• ALL sales are final

• NO returns - NO exchange​

Financing 

• Fill out information sheet 

• Must have 5 verifiable references

• Copy of valid and current drivers license with current physical address

• 2 current pay stubs

• If you are on disability, must bring proof of and utility bill in your name with current physical address

• before you can leave with the vehicle, you must have full coverage insurance with $500 comp and collision and list Gibson Used Cars as lienholder, address listed as 1920 Hwy 19 N, Dahlonega GA 30533. A copy of the binder must be either faxed or emailed.

Repossessions

• By the 2nd late payment the vehicle will be repossessed.

• It is up to the discretion of the owner how and if you can get the car back; repo fee, total past due balance plus repo fee, or total amount left due of financing plus repo fee.

• There is an automatic $200 fee added to the vehicle if repossession papers have been filed.
